Return Shipping & Responsibility

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Returned items are not covered under theft protection during transit, so we advise using a secure shipping method with appropriate insurance.

Stolen Packages

We do not offer refunds for packages that are reported as stolen once they have been marked as delivered. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item as outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejectionof your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using youroriginal payment method.
